Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for financial control and the understanding of all areas of the balance sheet, statutory reporting and tax compliance. You will also have a mandate to support process and control improvements throughout the business once you become established.

Description
- Ensuring delivery of the management and financial reporting for the business.
- Oversee the financial control environment
- Best practice balance sheet preparation and review
- Production of consolidated budgets, forecasts and cashflow
- Be the key contact for audit and tax work performed by professional advisors
- Supporting the Head of Finance in ensuring tax compliance within the business.
- Review and understanding of VAT returns.
- Support the business on other statutory and regulatory compliance
- Support the Head of Finance in delivering business process improvements.
Profile
Qualified or QBE accountant with strong technical skills (UK GAAP, consolidations) and available at short notice
