Client Details

Our client is a highly successful construction business boasting a multimillion pound turn over. The business based within Nottingham and has a lovely bright open plan office. It is a family ran business that has rapidly expanded over the last year. This company has a great company culture.

Description

This is a temporary position for 12 weeks and then the company will offer a permanent role after this time period. They are looking for someone with experience working as a Assistant Accountant previously and someone who is driven and ambitious.

• Processing up to 100 invoices per day

• Inputting invoices onto the system

• Matching, batching and coding invoices

• Checking all details on invoices are correct

• Communicating with customers and clients on the phone and email

• Resolving invoice related queries

• Helping with Month End Duties

• Accruals

• Prepayments

• Some basic analysis of profit and loss sheets

• Ensuring spends are in line with budgets

• Assisting in preparation of budgets and forecasts.

• Daily postings of sales cash/purchase payments.

• Bank reconciliations

You will be the perfect candidate for this role if you:

• Are available to start a new position within one week of applying

• Have worked within an Assistant Accountant role previously

Job Offer

This is a temporary opportunity that will be running for a minimum 12 week period. It is a great chance for you to work in a great business with great growth opportunities and be offered the opportunity on a permanent basis after 12 weeks. This role will be paying between £11 and £13 per hour.
