Financial Accountant - Financial Services - Newly Qualified - Shannon My client - a dynamic and high growth finanancial services firm are seeking a recently qualified accountant to join their accounting team in Shannon. Responsibilities: • Preparation of client management accounts • Preparation of statutory financial statements • Preparation of reconciliations of balance sheet accounts • Assist with reviews for both management accounts and statutory financial statements • Reconciling and managing inventory for client companies including overseeing purchase orders, sales orders, stock levels and liaising with customers and suppliers • Preparation, review and filing of client taxation returns, including corporation tax, VAT and payroll taxes • Liaising with third party auditors and managing the audit process in conjunction with the clients reporting timelines • Monitoring of clients' debtors' ledger, creditors ledger and treasury management • Preparation of budgets and forecasts • Liaising with third parties such as the Revenue Commissioners, Companies Registration Office, auditors, tax advisors, legal advisors and banks as required • Ensure that client requirements and reporting deadlines are met • Attendance at client board meetings and AGMs • Preparation and review of board minutes and AGM minutes • Assessment of client profitability • Commercial review of agreements entered into by the client • Any ad hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time Requirements: • Recently Qualified accountant (Big 4 / Top 10) If you are interested in this role please send a CV on confidence to Richie Goggin or contact me on 016377082 to discuss
