Our client, a leading organisation within the pharma sector, is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Payroll Specialist. Reporting to the Finance Manager and also working closely with HR you will be responsible for providing a high level service to the Company in relation to all areas of Compensation and Benefits and HR systems support. Responsibilities: Account management and administration of the Company pension and healthcare schemes. Preparation and administration of annual bonus payments and zero absence awards. Administration of the annual salary review process including salary survey participation. Administration of new starters, leavers, promotions and transfers within the Company specifically for  WorkDay, Payroll and TMS. Contract Preparation within TMS Super User for HR Information systems including, MicroPay, TMS, Clix, Workday Super User for TMS System and Workday - managing employee data accurately and efficiently and ensuring data integrity through auditing where required. Manage the relationship and payroll administration associated with our intra corporate transfers. Processing of monthly payroll and all related administration for the organisation Submission of Revenue returns; end of year P35's and P60's and all related tasks. Managing payroll and benefits queries from employee. Administration of Medium and Long Term Leave process for payroll, including Maternity, Paternity, Parental, Carers, Career Break. Management of and reporting on the HR and Labour Budget and preparation of annual budget reports. Creation and maintenance of the monthly site headcount report and other ad hoc headcount related reports e.g. attrition, retention. Generation of HR analytics and trend reports for the Company, for example on absenteeism, annual leave, overtime. Provide support for additional project work when required. To assist and cross train in the other HR related areas as and when required. Assist in the continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures The ideal candidate: Payroll Certification HR Qualification is desirable but not essential 5 + years payroll experience Micro pay, TMS and/or Workday experience desirable Strong understanding of HR processes, procedures and policies, in particular those relating to payroll and benefits Strong analytical and problem solving skills Excellent attention to detail Excellent time management and planning and organizational skills Excellent written communication skills Works well with a team Proficiency with Microsoft Office - advanced knowledge of excel would be preferable Interest in continuous improvement/change programmes Strong willingness to learn / apply new tools / techniques Attractive remuneration and benefits package on offer to the successful candidate Interested in this role ?
