Finance Manager/Senior Manager

Key roles and responsibilities - Produce business commentary to monthly performance vs. Bud and LY to Senior Management and the Board - - Run process for Budgeting and Forecasting; Produce Company view of Budget and Forecast and associated commentaries - - Work with business and other support functions to design relevant operating dashboard - Act as business partner to provide investment return analysis, and post investment review for new business initiatives - Update and monitor investor model - Help to draft relevant accounting, treasury and business policies and procedures for the Company - Review internal compliance matters and work with business to adopt corrective measures - Qualifications: 1. Big 4 qualified CPA 2. 10 years working experience in an MNC environment or Accounting Firm. Experience in education industry is a plus 3. Strong business acumen, ability to resolve complex problems 4. Strong analytical and financial modelling skills 5. Team player, strong ownership, flexible and diligent with ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadline and senior management's requirements 6. High level of accuracy and have eyes for details 7. Excellent communication skill and can communicate with internal and external stakeholders effectively
