Key responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver products strategies to support business objectives and recommend changes in pricing when necessary to maximise portfolio return
- Manage revenue, cost and economic capital drivers to achieve portfolio profit targets
- Monitor latest product trends in the market and make recommendations to drove business growth
- Provide accurate product budgets, performance analysis and reporting
- Ensure all product policies and documentations in line with latest regulatory changes
- Subject matter expertise, including external market knowledge, needed to underpin decision-making for the portfolio, strategy and relevant product development
- Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Leading, coaching and developing team members
Your skills and attributes:
- Bachelor or business, finance, accounting, commerce, engineering or related discipline
- Over 5 years' experience in product management within payments, deposits or lending ideally within financial services industry.
- Strong experience in developing and managing a product portfolio
- Customer focus and experience in developing innovative ways to improve customer experience
- Proven and developed stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Highly driven and self-motivated with strong level of autonomy
