Payroll Supervisor

Do you have proven experience within high volume / multiple company payroll processing and would thrive working autonomously in a busy and varied role, taking responsibility for running the payroll. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a proactive professional with a high level of attention to detail and superb communication skills, to join team of a reputable and growing firm based in Feltham.

As the Payroll Supervisor your role will focus on accurately processing weekly payroll for multiple clients, in the region of 1000 workers weekly. Your responsibilities and duties will include although not be limited to;

* Processing payroll for multiple clients using Intersoftware (Enterprise)
* Calculating and inputting overtime, mileage claims, expenses and bonuses
* Updating records for starters and leavers, attachments of earnings and other notifications

* Updating the records and processing the payments on timely manner for HMRC deductions (Child Maintenance/Student Loan Deductions/Attachment of Earnings)

* Resolving payroll queries with workers and HMRC
* Update the Deductions Spreadsheet and keep a complete control on payroll process.

* Sending payslips and associated documents to clients for payment processing

To be considered for this Payroll Supervisor role you will have the following experience, attributes, skills, and knowledge;

* Proven experience processing multiple or a high volume payroll
* Experience in managing a team
* Proven experience in maintaining good relations between payroll and the clients
* Experience in recruitment industry
* Working knowledge of Intersoftware (enterprise)
* Auditing of all payroll ensuring legislative compliance
* Processing and preparing all PAYE and contractors payroll
* Excellent numeracy skills with a high level of attention to detail
* Accurate and timely data entry skills
* IT literacy with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* A positive and "can do" approach to work and willingness to go the extra mile
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and work autonomously
* Superb communication skills both written and verbal

In return;

Salary: £20,000 (Salary will be revived on performance after Successful probation)

Other Benefits: 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Hours of Work: 9:00am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday but you may be required to stay later to meet deadlines
