Senior Global Mobility Tax Consultant – London
Job Type: Permanent
Location: London, UK
Salary: £30-35,000.00 (Negotiable) + Bonus + Benefits

As the Global Mobility Tax Consultant, you’ll act as an advisor and escalation point for assignment and mobility issues across the EMEA region.
The Role
As the Global Mobility Tax Consultant, you’ll:
* Partner with clients as primary point of contact to determine the appropriate assignment package and deliver solutions to meet strategic business mobility needs
* Ensure service deliverables, cost estimates and assignment initiations are delivered to clients in a timely manner by working with Global Mobility counterparts in other regions
* Provide high quality consulting services and advice to clients on assignment costings, compensation packages and tax treatment of deferred compensation vesting during an assignment, assignment policies, practices and relocation matters
* Counselling of relocating employees on their mobility benefits and assignment packages as required
* Working with clients to control and manage expatriate and relocation costs
* Day to day case management of the clients expatriate population including dealing with ad hoc queries or escalations typically (tax, immigration, housing, medical insurance, other expat benefits)
* Manage policy exception requests
* Assist with regional audit and regulatory requirements, as required
* Participate in other mobility related projects, as required
The Person
* Proven experience in global expatriate assignment management
* Knowledge of expatriate tax and the associated compliance issues
* Excellent organization and prioritization skills;
* Good attention to detail and ability to multi-task
* Good Microsoft Office skills - Excel, PowerPoint, Word
* Effective communication skills across business lines, geographies, and seniority levels
* Effective conflict management skills
* Strong analytical skills
* Customer service orientated
* Performance orientated
* Able to manage tight deadlines
* Able to establish and maintain effective client relationships
* Open to innovation and change
* High Integrity, trust & fairness
