Finance Business Partner needed within the NHS for a 3 month contract at 37.5 hours per week.
Monday-Friday 9-5
-Must Have NHS Experience in similar Finance role- -Must be qualified-
Skills required to actively engage with budget holders on a wide financial agenda. This role reports to the Associate Director of Operations, Adult Services and the role-holder will play an integral part of the Adult Services Senior Management team. You will be working directly with the Associate Director for Operations, Deputy General Managers and budget holders providing financial advice and analysis for the management of the business unit accounts. As well as analysing and reporting on budgetary performance you will ensure colleagues develop a thorough understanding of business drivers within their areas of control.
You should have excellent analytical, technical and interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritise and manage workload to deadlines. Be a team player who is self-motivated, innovative and able to actively contribute to both the success of the Business Unit and the Trust. Applicants should be CCAB qualified with significant post qualification experience operating at a senior level within a Finance department.
Ability and confidence to work strategically. You will also need to be a dynamic and highly motivated individual who can work effectively with managers at all levels with the confidence to present and provide advice to senior managers and other stakeholders.
Expected to be able to drive as may need to attend meetings across Hertfordshire.
