Tax Manager

A unique opportunity has arisen within a leading technology company for an experienced Tax Manager to join the group's tax function. ABOUT THE ROLE: The opportunity will be best suited for a strategic thinker who excels working independently and as part of a team. The right person will have the ability to work proactively and have had previous experience in technical tax issues. Main duties and responsibilities will include: Ensuring the group completes its corporation tax filings and tax provisions accurately and in a timely fashion. Assisting in the management of audits by tax authorities Preparing tax provisions and tax return calculations Monitoring the changing business practices to ensure the company's tax reporting is properly aligned with its dynamic environment. Assisting in various tax projects such as restructurings, and process development Assisting in entity rationalisation projects.
