Senior Dynamics CRM Business Analyst

Need to have strong communications, be assertive and good at understanding business requirements and CRM implementation. The role will require to 
• Hands on experience in functional requirement gathering and conducting workshops with the customers from various business domains such as Airlines, Manufacturing, Banking, Investment programs and have good domain knowlege in understanding their business process.
• Experience in preparing documents such as Functional Requirement Document, Gap-Fit Analysis, Design Document...etc.,  as per the standards of Microsoft Sure Steps.
• Certified in Managing Microsoft Dynamics Implementation.
• Certified in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, 2013, 2015, 365
• Experienced in Microsoft Dynamics sure step implementation methodologies such as Standard, Enterprice, Agile and Rapid.
• Ability to do CRM Customizations and Prototyping in Dynamics 365 to achieve business requirements independently.
• Hands on Installation of MS CRM and corresponding rollup pack updates with language pack.
• Experience in using data migration tools such as X-Author, Scribe and PFE.
• Hands on production support and incident management system tool such as JIRA, HP Service Manager.
• Is responsible for conducting UAT training, verify and closure of UAT issues.
• To prepare user guide and administration document for the customer to guide end users and key users on post-implementation.
• Identify common usage questions and extend the current customer knowledge base by writing FAQ.
• Analyze customer test cases to provide required suggestions for better results with respect to Business requirement.
• Proficient and certified in all modules of CRM.

Job Requirement:

• Experience: Minimum 7 to 9 years
• Certified Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant
•Experience in development and project execution as per Microsoft Sure Step standards is expected. 
•Experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM to Banking and Financial segment domain knowledge will be added advantage.
• Having experience in onsite / offshore model project execution
• Experienced in Microsoft Dynamics CRM skills is must (Customization, Configuration, Business Rules Process, Dialog, Solution Deployment )
• Good understanding of ITIL process and support activities using JIRA tool will add value
• Having Data Migration Experience using tools like Scribe in MS CRM will be added advantage
• Experience in End to End project delivery and development life cycle, experience in distributed agile will add value.

• Flexibility to work outside Australia to meet business requirement
