This FP&A Manager position will be an integral part of our clients growing business, they will be responsible for the analysis and reporting of a number of group companies. The successful candidate will need to be proactive, analytical, strategic, self-motivated and a clear communicator.

Our client based in Buckinghamshire are a global business and looking for a FP&A Manager to join their growing business.
Description
- Analyse current and past trends in the businesses' and the sector's key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, ROCE, working capital and capital expenditure.
- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analysing causes of unexpected variance.
- Identify the drivers of performance and opportunities for improvement as a result of the analysis conducted.
- Oversee and manage the continued development of budgeting, financial forecasting and modelling tools.
- Prepare ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
- Prepare monthly sector financial reports and commentary.
- Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive deficiencies and understand businesses and the sectors return on capital employed and return on sales.
- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
- Analyse complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations for decision making purposes.
- Support the businesses with in-depth analysis.
- Prepare presentations for the sector team as required.
Profile
- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years' post qualified experience.
- High level of proficiency in MS Office packages, including Word and Excel.
- Experience of consolidating multi-currency entities.
- Ability to draw actionable insights from analysis. Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members.
- Able and willing to travel worldwide.
