No previous recruitment experience is required; however a minimum of one year's business experience is, ideally gained in a sales environment where targets needed to be achieved. The successful candidate will work in a high achieving team of recruitment professionals who are responsible for filling multiple job vacancies for some of the world's largest and well-known companies. We have experienced a dramatic increase in the amount of jobs being registered with us and the outlook for 2018 is looking very, very bright. Subsequently, the earning potential of our Recruitment Consultants is very strong. In addition to a competitive basic salary, Sigmar have a 'no threshold / standard requirement' policy (You earn commission on every euro you make).
