Responsibilities Process and review payroll runs on a fortnightly & monthly basis for approx. 450 employees. Re-imbursement of employee expenses. Maintain Time and Attendance system. Maintain annual leave and sick leave records. Respond to employee payroll queries. Complete payroll journal and month end reports. P30 (PAYE/PRSI/USC) returns. Administer third party deductions - health care, unions, and pensions. Complete Central Statistics Office returns. Preparation of employment contracts and starter packs Process garda vetting applications Process work permit applications Ideally the candidate will be a Certified Payroll Technician (IPASS) or qualified as an Accounting Technician. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a payroll environment is required. Experience in using Sage paryoll system is essential.
