About the company
Morgan McKinley have been retained by a Billion Dollar Infrastructure business to recruit for the role of Commercial Manager with extensive Financial Modelling Skills. Managing a large finance team, this role will give you the opportunity to business partner the sales team and add real strategic financial analysis to the organisation.
About the role
This is a permanent position to develop a team of 3 analysts along adding value to the sales teams. Our client is looking for a finance analyst with complex modelling skills to look at current investment models and build strong strategic business cases going forward. This role has long term business succession planning and can offer the chosen candidate the opportunity to look at investment opportunities on behalf of our client.
Your core duties will be:
Work with the commercial teams to achieve key financial deliverables and ensure certain agreed timetables are met
Build and manipulate complex financial models
Conduct 3-way cash forecasting focusing on the operational balance sheet, cash flow and the P&L
Build 20 Year Plus Finance Models
Work with different entities to deliver month end, budgets and forecasts
Drive improved performance reporting, forecasting and budgets to ensure consistent quality
Build and grow relationships with Senior Stakeholders across the business including finance, commercial and operational teams
Conduct debt and refinancing models to support business opportunities

About you:
Excellent communication skills, translating financial data for internal stakeholders
Previous experience in the building and manipulation of financial models
Excellent Excel, and financial modelling skills.
Graduate Degree, plus CPA or CA qualification.
Knowledge of JDE, TM1 and advanced Excel preferred.
Ideally:
You will be coming from the construction/infrastructure/investment banking space
