Globally renowned luxury retailer currently seeking a senior financial accountant to join during a period of high growth for a 12m contract.

Role profile
This role will play a pivotal part in managing the day to day accounting, analysis & reporting across the business. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be tasked with the following:
Month end close; including balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, pre payments, management reporting with commentaries & acquisition accounting.
Control & maintenance of general ledger and cost centres.
Oversee the transactional team including accounts payable & receivable
Preparation of financial statements and support with annual audit process
Business partnering with CFO & other divisions on key strategic projects
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate for this role will be CA / CPA qualified with a strong technical background. You will be an excellent communicator, able to influence, negotiate and manage relationships both internal & external. You will also have a high degree of computer literacy including intermediate/advanced Excel
