Our Financial Services client, based near Dorking are looking for a Fund Accountant to join their team.
The role will consist of :
• Liaison with external charge agents
• Checking information supplied by their agents and resolution of queries
• Turnover rent calculations, preparation, checking
• VAT reporting
• Process property revenue expenditure and invoices
• Check and prepare service charge calculations and prepare certificates for audit/tenants if required
• Respond to financial/administrative queries from tenants and Asset Managers
• Prepare financial information for processing sales and purchases of property
• Maintain accurate and orderly filing systems for financial data
• Bank reconciliations
This job is very much about the candidates attitude. The line manager wants someone who is willing to learn about the role and get comfortable with the role. You won't be micro managed you will be able to manage your own workload.
This role would suit someone with a solid accounts background
29 days + bank holidays
