Job title: Sales Ledger Clerk
Duration: Temporary – 3 months initially, potential scope for permanent
Start date: ASAP
Hours: Full-time - Monday - Friday

My client is a leisure organisation based in Central London, due to an internal change they are looking for an interim Sales Ledger Clerk for an initial 3 months with a review after that time and potential scope for permanent.

As a Sales Ledger Clerk your duties will include:

To ensure accurate raising of sales invoices and input of information into Sage 50.
Timely and accurate banking and client statement reconciliation
Checking VAT is correctly included on all invoices.
Preparing Accounts Receivable Reporting as needed.
Meet all financial deadlines
Ensure that Finance policies and procedures are adhered to, and suggest/implement areas for improvement where appropriate.

This a great opportunity for a passionate Sales Ledger Clerk who is ready to start work with 1 week or less and happy for work on a temporary basis.

Due to the immediate nature of the assignment you will ideally have proven experience in Sales Ledger invoice processing.
