My client is seeking an experienced US Corporate Tax Assistant Manager/Manager for their London office. The ideal candidate must have relevant experience; possess an entrepreneurial perspective, sound judgement, excellent analytical skills, and effective communication and interpersonal skills. This candidate will play a pivotal role in helping direct and shape the future of their US international tax group in London and other UK offices.

Description
Manage, direct, and monitor multiple staff members on client engagements; plan, execute, direct, and complete tax projects in a wide variety of industries; provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise to clients.
Manage, develop, train, and mentor staff on tax projects and assess performance for engagement and
year-end reviews.
Review income tax returns including Corporate, S-Corp., partnership, and individual clients.
Communicate with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and ensure deadlines are met.
Consult, work with, and service client to make recommendations on business and process improvement.
Keep up-to-date on current tax practices and changes in tax law
Profile
Extensive experience in international corporate taxation at a public accounting firm
Certified Public Accountant license
A Master of Science in Taxation or a Juris Doctor (JD) is preferred
A quick learner and self-motivating personality
