Full Time Retail Merchandisers/ Local Trainers - Nationwide

Due to the continued expansion of our business in the FMCG tactical division we are currently recruiting for experienced and talented  Full Time Retail Merchandisers/ Local Trainers  to join our team. The role will work closely with our Tactical Field Manager and the Tactical Operations team in our Head Office. The successful candidates will work across a number of FMCG accounts merchandising and capturing sales orders and partly training a small team of merchandisers/sales reps on behalf of our FMCG clients. The role involves daily merchandising and sales on a variety of fixed and variable call files., in-store training of colleagues and daily reporting. Candidate must have: FMCG background Strong time management skills, with a proven track record in planning and delivering projects on time. Must be highly organised and an excellent communicator Ability to be a clear thinker, analyse and resolve problems exercising good judgment Must have a full clean driving licence essential. 'C' Licence an advantage   Advantageous to have… Experience in training staff in store Experience of field management   Responsibilities: Sales and merchandising calls in Grocery outlets in your assigned territory across a range of CPM clients Driving sales in stores, product distribution, visibility and on shelf availability. Working relationship with CPM Head Office, National Sales Managers across our FMCG client database Enhance CPM's and our clients' visibility and presence in the market Train a first-class tactical field team on behalf of our FMCG clients on in-store processes, merchandising, order capture Be first point of contact locally for our tactical activations team in your area. Provide clear direction and authority to employees.   Qualifications: Experience in Retail sales and merchandising for FMCG products. Excellent communication skills - supports your ability to train staff effectively Excellent problem-solving skills Excellent time management skills Thrive under pressure Advantage to have Worked in a Tactical team or environment before Have a little people management experience.
