Business Analyst

A Federal Govt. department in Canberra is seeking the services of Business Analysts

Contract period: 01/07/2018 to 30/06/2019

Key Responsibility:

• To work as part of a project delivery stream.
• Ensure a consistently high standard of products are delivered as per standards and guidelines.

The successful candidate will possess the following skills/experience:

• A demonstrated ability to engage with requesting business areas and project stakeholders
• Ability to discuss technical issues/solutions with both technical and non-technical staff;
• Ability to work closely with technical and accessibility specialists to facilitate system development;
• A working knowledge of, and recent experience using, an agile development methodology, with experience in Jira/Agile Manager and advantage.
• Manage the relationship with relevant technical teams to ensure effective communication leading to prompt resolution of issues
• Degree in IT or equivalent industry experience.

The client requires the applicants to hold Australian Citizenship and Baseline clearance for this role.
