Primary Objectives

- Leading various types of missions for MARK Business from business push to transversal initiatives

Mission
Major Accountabilities / Principal Responsibilities
Supervision of project portfolio for Global Markets in Asia
- Participate in MARK / ASI roadmap definition by gathering and challenging expectations, working on cost and business rationale in synchronization with MARK / DIR, MARK BL and GBS partners
- Follow up closely on each project budget usage and deliverables in accordance with the initial roadmap (while being directly sponsor of some of such projects)
- Proactively anticipate risk of under/over consumption and act accordingly with MARK / ASI / DIR strategy (facilitate the project management team, arbitration and budget reallocation)
- For each project to be directly managed (as PM):
- Set up a proper governance to drive the project with an appropriate level of implication: to be able to keep an overview on all streams of the project while being able to quickly dig into details when necessary
Anticipate blocking points and roadblocks to ensure planning and budget are respected. Propose arbitration to the sponsor when required.
- Lead workshops with various types of actors, lead operational committees and keep track (and chase) for all required actions and deliverables by all parties

- Each project must be properly documented (scoping document, actions tracker, meeting minutes, Steering Committee materials etc.) to secure the knowledge transfer and audit trail
- Regular reporting on the project's progress status to be made to MARK Management
- From the prioritization stage to the validation phase, the Asia list of NPC must be driven in accordance with GBIS policy and with the best interest of MARK / ASI and our clients in mind:
- Propose a list of candidates for kick off that favors the best value creation for MARK, promotes a fair mix between business line
- Ensure that the overall delivery of NPCs are done in accordance with our client's expectations, are reasonable in terms of structure / complexity for our partners and have a reasonable lead time
- Foster the good progress of the NPCs by facilitating the study phase when possible and proposing appropriate measures if required during the course of the NPC (escalation and/or arbitration)
- Regular reporting to MARK management on the NPCs production based on several KPIs such has lead time, PnL, Hit ratio etc
Direct management of a business analyst and training / mentoring of junior colleagues on project management
- To manage a business analyst on both the project management and the NPC front:
- Project management skills improvement plan to be defined and followed up
- Coaching session on specific topics
- Training to be defined
- Mid-year / yearly evaluation
- Coaching session to the COO community on the project management methodology or other specific topics (NPC best practices etc.)
- Animation of the COO community by organizing knowledge sharing session and presentation from other departments of the Bank during COO bi-monthly meetings and COO-GBS Meetings

Qualifications
- BA or Masters degree; English language
