Duties & Responsibilities:
Experience / Requirements:
- Be the point of contact for trade finance clients
- Providing Client Instructions back to business
- Enquiry & Complaint Management
- Perform transaction monitoring
- Engage in ad hoc projects
Experience / Requirements:
- Immediately available
- Relevant experience in trade finance is preferred
- Good telephone manner, customer oriented and pleasant personality
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- F.5 / F.7 or above
