The Company Our client is NI's leading voluntary sector organisation. This is one of two new roles to be added to the finance team. Job Summary The Financial Planning & Performance Manager is a member of the Senior Finance Team. The purpose of the role is to plan and oversee the timely and accurate management accounting for the group including business development needs Principal Duties & Responsibilities Develop and maintain appropriate and relevant policies, procedures, protocols, balances and checks in relation to the timely and accurate monthly reporting on operational performance across the group Develop and maintain appropriate policies, procedures and systems to generate monthly key financial performance indicators for all activity across the group Develop and maintain appropriate policies, procedures and systems to generate in-year revised financial income & expenditure forecasts at monthly intervals Develop and maintain appropriate policies, procedures and systems to enable the timely production of the annual budgets for the group to include budgeted Income Statements, Balance Sheet and Cash flows Develop and maintain appropriate policies, procedures and systems to enable the timely production of quarterly 5 year forecasts for the group to include income statements, balance sheets and cash flow forecasts The Candidate Fully qualified accountant with a recognised accounting body CAI, CCAB, CIMA or equivalent Three years post qualification experience (from date of admission to the relevant accounting body). Demonstrable experience within a finance function of: the production and provision of management information financial support for business development presenting management information to staff at various levels supervising staff Effective supervision of staff Circumstances To be flexible as the role may involve working at various locations. Possess a full current driving licence and access to a car.  Consideration will be given to alternative travelling proposals in respect of applicants with a disability who cannot hold a driver's licence.
