Description

Support to Financial Controller with month/ year end processing:

• SAP management and delivery of Sales, Purchase & Banking month end close process.
• Reconciliation of Aged Debtors & Creditors Reporting.
• Accruals and Pre-payments journals.
• Overheads cost analysis.
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations support.
• Inter-company reconciliations.
• Fixed Asset Register update and depreciation journals.
• Checking and verifying expense claims splitting out VAT as required, journal and update of schedules
• Posting bank payments and receipts.
• Maintaining bank file and ensuring all paperwork is completed.
• Daily reconciliations of company bank accounts.
• Maintaining petty cash and reconciling at month end.
• Checking credit card statement and posting journals.
• Sales and purchase ledger and some credit control

Profile

• Experience of SAP (ideal)
• Management accounts - ESSENTIAL
• Manufacturing experience - ESSENTIAL
• Will look at part qualified or qualified by experience candidates
• You must be immediately available
