Fantastic opportunity to join a market leading business supporting in the development of a Central Shared Service centre for Finance HR and IT.
Client Details
Market leading, multi-site manufacturing business growing rapidly through acquisition located in the East Midlands
Description
You will join at a pivotal stage of evolution for the business, reporting to the CFO and working within a dedicated project team. The assignment is expected to run for 12 months.
You will be the Finance transition lead, defining the structure of the team, process and working closely with site finance leaders ensuring the orderly and controlled transition of AP, AR, expenses, master data, as well as HR and IT administration.
Profile
You will be an experienced Finance change leader with a demonstrable track record of delivering SSC transition projects.
Exceptional project management skills are required as well as strong process mapping and change ability.
