•Manage the month, quarter, and year-end close procedures, including review of journal entries, account reconciliations, analysis of results, close calendar and close reporting package. Make sure the accuracy of financial data provided and be on line with accounting


•Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations for more complex areas of accounting, such as equity, inter company, leases and compensation reconciliations


•Own monthly consolidation and oversee relationships with international Accounting leaders to ensure compliance with policies as well as develop operational processes which streamline efforts to optimization


•Unit Partners to generate, record, reconcile, and maintain accrual balances and monthly budget versus actual analyses. Perform flux analysis on P & L and Balance Sheet accounts


•Handle local tax and be compliance with the Chinese laws and regulations.


•Coordinate and facilitate Finance and Tax related audits for the legal entity Support the external audit of the company's financial statements, including preparation of audit schedules and responding to auditor questions and requests


•Facilitate the Accounting team's commitment to timely and accurate processing of accounting transactions in accordance with GAAP and internal controls


•Proactively identify issues and areas for improvement within the close process and implement process improvements



•管理月度、季度和年终结算流程，包括审核手工凭证、账目核对、结果分析等，确保按时结帐，提供相关报表。并且确保提供财务数据与账务相符；


•确保较复杂情况下的手工记帐及账户核对，如股权、公司间交易、租赁和薪酬对账；


•每月外方合并报表，并与全球总部保持良好沟通。以确保公司流程符合内控及相关法律法规要求。持续改进业务流程以到达更高标准


•搜集、记录、核对、各项预提余额及差异分析。对损益表和资产负债表进行相关分析；


•办理当地税务并遵守中国的法律法规；


•配合完成中方审计工作，支持公司财务报表的外部审计，包括编制审计计划表，并对审计师提出的问题和要求做出回应；


•促进会计团队根据公认会计准则和内部控制的要求及时准确地处理上级安排的其它会计事务；


•能主动预见各种风险，并持续流程改进

Qualification: 任职资格



•Bachelor degree in Accounting experience




•Minimum of 8 years' experience in a financial role, preferably in a business analysis role exposure to Retail/FMCG industry highly preferred with strong analytical skill


•In depth knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, specifically, strong experience with consolidation and equity required


•Knowledge of SAP ECC and/or BW is considered a plus


•Proficiency in Excel & Powerpoint


•Strong communication skill and mature personality


•Fluent in reading and written English


•Must have the ability to proactively and creatively approach problem solving in order to execute multiple tasks and adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment


•会计相关专业的本科学历；


•8年以上财务工作经验，在商业分析方面具有较强的分析能力，尤其是在零售/快速消费品行业有商业分析经验者优先考虑；


•熟悉公认会计准则，如有合并报表等相关经验优先考虑；


•具备SAP ECC和/或BW相关系统经验


•熟练使用Excel和PowerPoint；


•沟通能力强，个性稳重；


•英语读写流利；


•具备较强的抗压能力，能在不断快速变化的环境中按时完成各项任务，并有较强的主动性和创造性。
