Job Description

Our company is currently seeking ???a Full Charge Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join our team! We are a property management company and manage several shopping centers. You will be responsible for AR/AP and overall bookkeeping for these companies. Prior commercial property management experience and leasing experience a plus. Must have STRONG bookkeeping skills including payroll and sales tax experience. MUST BE VERY PROFICIENT IN QUICKBOOKS! Must be able to do some marketing for the leasing of storefront and office space. Please only respond if you have the above qualifications.   • Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
  • Compute and record numerical data
  • Check the accuracy of business transactions
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties
  • Perform monthly sales tax calculations and payments for all tenants in various states and counties
  • Collections letters and eviction notices when necessary.
  • Answer phones and schedule appointments
  • Interact with and schedule outside vendors for property services, at times


  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail–oriented
