Job Description

We are seeking an Office Administrator/Bookeeper to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Keep detailed records of all incoming and outgoing payments
  • Assist with payroll creation and distribution
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Schedule interviews and other meetings
  • Greet visitors and escort them to the appropriate staff member
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Order supplies as requested
  • Run errands on occasion as needed

Qualifications:

  • Must be available 30 daytime hours per week, Monday–Friday
  • Experience with Quickbooks required
  • 3+ years in office administration preferred
  • Experience in a medical/nursing home office a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills required
  • Ability to multitask required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Strong attention to detail required
  • ???Strong organizational skills required
Company Description We are in our thirteenth year as an Adult Day Care, looking to grow into our new facility. We believe strongly in the benefits of ADH, like socialization, health monitoring, nutritional health, respite for caregivers, allowing people at risk to remain at home, and a lower cost alternative for tax payers.
