Manage and develop a varied portfolio of clients.
Ensuring assignments are fully completed before being passed to Partners
Planning the assignment efficiently to meet budgets and recoverability of fees required and communicate to the team
Allocate work to other team members ensuring regular review and feedback to meet compliance standards via job feedback reports
Interact fully with clients ensuring they are kept informed of progress
Delegating, coaching and assisting in managing the team.
Applying up-to-date technical knowledge at all times and take responsibility for technical developments and team members
Minimum of five years' work experience within Accounting & Advisory or Tax, dealing with SME's, sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
Technical, Training and skills levels
Effective use of IT packages
Undertake CPD in accordance with Baldwins requirements and maintain up to date CPD record
Maintain high professional standards of conduct and practice
Applies knowledge to identifying additional services to clients
Aware of relevant financial targets and constraints and actively assists management in achieving these, keeping Partner/Client informed of progress and potential problems including actual vs budget
Exceed client expectations where possible.
