Financial Accountant required for a 6 month contract with potential of permanency at a growing retailer in central London.
Client Details
Our client is a rapidly growing retailer located in a modern office in central London. They are looking for a Financial Accountant to join their high performing finance team on a 6 month period to cover a long service leave from a current employee. Due to growth in the business they may hire the successful applicant permanently based on satisfactory performance.
Description
Reporting to the Finance Manager your duties will include:
- Preparation of annual statutory accounts
- Financial and management reporting - monthly P+L reports, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis
- Maintenance of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Maintaining fixed assets register
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
Profile
- Fully qualified (ACA/Big 4 Audit background preferable)
- 2 years' experience post qualification in a similar role
- Immediately available
