The Finance Team Leader will be responsible for supervising a small team of Accounts Assistants within the Liverpool shared service centre. The team is responsible for inter-company bank reconciliations, processing supplier payments and chasing any aged client debt.

Description
The Finance Team Leader will be responsible for:
- Managing the team of Accounts Assistants/Clerks, ensuring all daily transactions are processed efficiently
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Inter company bank reconciliations
- Maintain a close relationship with external bank
- Deliver training to new staff members
- Implement new procedures into team when required
- Report to Head of Shared Service Centre on team performance
Profile
The Finance Team Leader will be/have:
- Experience of managing finance staff
- Excel - pivot tables and VLOOKUP's
- AAT qualified (or equivalent)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Adaptable and flexible approach to management
