HR Business AnalystOakleaf Partnership are working with a global business based in Windsor who have a need for a HR Project Analyst to join the business on an initial 12–month contract to drive and support a global system transformation project from SAP to Workday. Reporting into the Head of HR Systems and Reward, your main responsibilities will include but not limited to:Key accountabilities include:Support the creation of and tracking against project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.Identify resources and assign responsibilities.Manage day–to–day tracking of the project(s).Have a good understanding of required project methodology.Support creation of project document deliverables e.g. in line with project methodologyEnsures project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored.Works closely with relevant stake holders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s).Able to understand project budgets and track spend, forecast etc.Works with stakeholder's to define, document and track changes to requirements.Support the creation of project status reports, RAID logs, Release Plans and other governance documentationThe ideal candidate for this role will have:Functionally IT literate, and an ability to communicate effectively with IT professionalsExperience of supporting the delivery of projects and system/software upgrades, ideally in an HR environmentExperience of working within a complex matrix organisationAble to plan and organize the work of themselves and others to ensure the achievement of targets and outcomesStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently engage with othersStrong written skills with the ability to clearly document to required standardsStrong verbal skills with the ability to lead or actively participate in meetings/discussionsPossess good creative skills and make suggestions for improvementMust be able to work under pressure and to constantly changing deadlinesMust be pro–active and self–motivated If you are interested in being considered for this opportunity, please apply for more information
