财务经理

岗位工作地点：泰国普吉岛

岗位职责：
1. Responsible for the daily management of the Finance Department, ensuring all staffs within financial department complete all tasks within the scope of their responsibilities;
负责财务部的日常管理工作,组织督促部门人员完成本部门职责范围内的各项工作任务;

2. Responsible for formulating and maintaining the financial system, executing and supervising the company's finance policies and regulations;
制定维护监督执行公司财务制度及有关规定;

3. Responsible for implementation of the company's annual and quarterly financial budget, accurately monitoring and forecasting cash flows, identifying and controlling the company's debt and capital structure, coordinating the operation of corporate funds, controlling financial risk;
负责制定公司年度、季度财务收支计划并监督其执行，精确地监控和预测现金流量，确定和监控公司负债和资本的合理结构，统筹管理和运作公司资金并对其进行有效的风险控制；

4. Responsible for reporting financial budget, financial statements, financial analysis according to the Group's instructions and requirements promptly;
组织本部门按集团规定和要求及时上报财务预算、报表、分析报告;

5. Analyzing revenues and expenditures based on actual financial status and providing support for management decision;
充分运用财务数据,客观、真实地对财务收支执行情况进行分析,为领导决策提供参考;

6. Familiar with tax policy, organizing tax declaration and tax payment of the company;
掌握税收政策,组织做好公司税务申报和纳税工作;

7、Completing other tasks assigned by the leaders.
完成上级领导交办的其它工作。

任职要求：
1、 Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, auditing or other related majors;
会计、财务、审计或相关专业本科以上学历；

2、Excellent in Chinese (necessary requirement), fluent in English or Thai;
精通两国语言，中文（必会）、英文或者泰语；

3、 Familiar with national tax and local law, excellent in financial management, financial analysis and financial forecasting;
国家财税法律知识、财务管理知识、财务分析、财务预测能力；

4、 4 years' accounting or auditing working experience ;
4年以上财务或审计工作经验；

5、 Strong communication, coordination and anti-pressure capability.
有较强的沟通、协调及抗压能力。
