Description
The Finance Manager will be responsible the day to day management of the team of four, holding the following responsibilities:
- Completion of monthly trial balance transactions and balance sheet reconciliations including all relevant reports to be distributed to Finance Managers
- Complex bank account reconciliations
- Timely completion of monthly VAT submissions, liaising closely with HMRC
- Weekly and monthly payroll reconciliations
- Intercompany account reconciliations
- Assist with year and period end accounts
Profile
The Finance Manager will ideally have the following background:
- ACCA/CIMA part qualified and actively studying
- Extensive general ledger and balance sheet experience
- Experience of managing a team within finance
- Up to date working knowledge of VAT and payroll legislation
- Strong IT skills including Excel
