Fantastic opportunity to work for a national organisation within the Automotive industry, based in Brentwood. The company are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to begin immediately on a temp to perm basis, for 42.5 hours per week.

Description
As an Accounts Receivable Supervisor, your key responsibilities will be:
- Responsible for the day to day supervision and workload distribution to the Accounts Receivable team
- Raising sales invoices
- Manage complicated account relationships
- Posting and allocation of remittances
- Reconciling accounts
- Analyse sales/ invoice data
- Manage 2 Sales Ledger Assistants
- Provide assistance in monthly reporting
- Resolve invoice queries
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Be immediately available to start
- Excellent numerate skills
- Intermediate excel skills - pivot tables, vlookups, formulas
- Ability to communicate well across different departments
- Managerial experience
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of the Sales Ledger, Debits and Credits
- Resilient and confident
- Team player
Job Offer
Training is available for the candidate as well as a competitive hourly rate. There is also potential for the role to become permanent.
