Trainee Accountant

This is an entry-level role with a mid-tier firm in Dublin city centre. With an impressive track record of fostering talent from within, they are now in a position to take on a further Trainee to their team. The organization offers a suite of accounting services to a broad client base. Their leadership team is extremely tenured and well connected within the market and are in a position to boast a very loyal group of clients. The role: The main duties of this role will be: Auditing client accounts Preparation of tax returns Accounts payable and receivable Assisting with account preparation Assisting with Company Secretarial duties Client liaison Ad hoc work as required by management The successful candidate: The successful candidate for this role must have: A minimum of 400 points in the Leaving Certificate An Honours Degree in an Accounting/Finance/Business related discipline would be advantageous A strong aptitude for figures Ideally at least 6 months office experience (not essential) A strong focus on customer service Be willing to complete further studies where required The ability to gain 1 very strong reference Not for you?
