Accounting and Finance - Commerce and Industry - Management Accountant

Client Details

A well established client with new office's due to arrive in West Kent - Sevenoaks area are seeking a Management Accountant to join their team.

Description

Preparation of financial and management accounts for the London region and multiple joint ventures

Forecasting and reporting for various departments (Sales and Marketing, Customer Services and Land and Development)

Monitoring cash-flow and challenging costs

Month end accounting, including accruals, prepayments and working to tight deadlines

Intercompany accounts preparation and maintenance

Produce VAT Returns for multiple entities and ensure we maintain our VAT compliance

Produce CIS Returns and tax packs for head office

Manage section 106 payments and land obligations

Assist with the preparation of Balance Sheet reconciliations and other month end tasks

Ad hoc tasks and analysis as required

Profile

Part Qualified / Finalist ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent

Assistant or Management Accountant experience within the Construction sector

Highly IT literate including intermediate/advanced Excel

The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines

The ability to build relationships across the business
