The Senior Finance Analyst provides financial, analytical and statistical support primarily at EMEA level. Responsible for managing the Cost forecast process, actual, and associated analytical and statistical support interfacing with a broad range of cross-functional positions.

Description

    • Provide Guidance and Direction channel of communication between Corporate and Regional Cost analysis
    • Owns the monthly cost forecast process (input and simulation) for Costs including
    • Headcount planning and weekly reporting, requisition approval
    • EMEA Management Team Planning and Cost Control
    • CPSD cost Management
    • Ensures a cross functional interlock, develops the control processes to ensure a high degree of accuracy, and transparency, to the cost forecast details between Global, EMEA and Divisional views
    • Reconciles between Cost Centre and sub-ledger for Project Costs
    • Assists financial period and quarter close and provide post-quarter results reporting and analysis.
    • Oversees the reporting logic used for EMEA Professional services Cost reporting, ensuring trending information available for quarterly review. Performs supporting analysis to provide management with an understanding of the business cost performance vs Plan and Forecast
    • Participates in the Annual Plan cycle - ensures accurate historical information is driving the model and validating outputs by preparing and reviewing a variety of complex financial data to maintain and update company financial models and forecasts.
    • Supports the business to model business cases in relation to costs. For example, Headcount requisition approvals and impact to plan and margin impact
    • Works with a wide range of stakeholders including Program Delivery Managers, Resource Managers, HR , Shared services Reporting team, Financial Accounting, EMEA PS Finance and Business Operations, and Project Accountants
    • Improves reporting processes whenever possible working with Shared Services and Corporate teams.

Profile

    • Educated to a minimum of Bachelors Degree level (non-Tech)
    • Qualified Accountant with a recognised certification/accreditation
    • Minimum 3 years financial analysis experience, preferably within a Services / Project Accounting capacity.
    • Analytical, tenacious and resilient by nature, you will possess an inherent sense of urgency and a strong ability to multi-task.
    • Core SAP and SAP Project Systems experience an advantage eg. SAP ECC, SAP EPM (forecast reporting and loading), Business Objects, Tableau etc.
