Reporting
- Prepare the monthly Cartesis report include BS/PL/revenue by client/AR aging/AP aging/WIP analysis/NWC
- Prepare the budget and rolling fcst package
- Prepare quarterly SOX report package.
Revenue Related
- Work with Business staff to collect the supporting for revenue and accrue revenue if need.
- AR Chasing up.
- Work with Traffic and business staff to close job on time.
- Client Contract record and filing.
Daily Work
- Check new vendor setup application.
- Check new client setup application.
- As a helpdesk to business staff for finance issue.
Requirements:
- More than two years working experience in the accountant/finance related area.
- Understand the business model of a professional service firm.
- With business sense and resource management skills.
- Good integrity & work ethics - especially understand the importance of confidentiality.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Good English & team work
- Bachelor’s degree
- ACCA preferred
