Do you have experience of running multiple payrolls coupled with strong people management?
Do you have experience of implementation of payroll systems?
Are you a problem solver that is able to lead from the front?
My client a national known company and leader in their field are looking for a Payroll Manager to come on board their successful company based in Weston Super Mare.
You will be tasked with the following:
- To oversee and manage the payroll team running multiple payrolls both monthly and weekly
- Keep the customer journey as paramount in all internal and external communications
- Reporting on all levels
- Manage all incoming request from Auditors, Customer and HMRC
- Identify and implement improvements to systems and procedures
- Management of the RTI requests
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Experience of people management within a Payroll function
- Experience of running multiple payrolls across a number of sites
- A strong educational background
- Understanding of the implementation of payroll systems across a business
- An understanding of iTrent payroll system would be advantageous
