Trainee Credit Controller duties and responsibilities

• Speaking with key customers on monthly basis to keep on top of debt issues and invoicing queries
• resolving credit control issues
• communicating in a friendly and professional manner on the phone and send relevant correspondence via email and letter
• Invoicing and payments management
