New Finance Analyst / Finance Business Partner Role for Large and Rapidly Growing Company in South Manchester

A large and rapidly growing company based in south Manchester

Your new role

• Maintain, improve & adapt the company-wide Budget / Forecast Model to business needs
• Provide Costs Variance Analysis on a monthly / quarterly basis including supporting commentary
• Act as the main contact between Finance & HR in relation to departmental Budgets
• Monitor actual costs in month in line with budget & ensure costs are allocated correctly
• Business partner with internal stakeholders to ensure headcount & associated costs are accurate, timely and complete
• Support FP&A teams with supporting cost / headcount analysis where required
• Maintain and distribute regular reporting to the business
• Streamline processes / data to ensure efficiency and compliance
• Ad-hoc reporting required by the business

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), although QBE candidates will be accepted for this role. It is essential that you have previous experience with financial modelling and can demonstrate advanced excel skills. It is also imperative you can display extremely strong communication skills and the ability to business partner with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
