Description

The successful Credit Controller (Media) will have the following responsibilities in their Central London offices:

• Raised and post Invoices/Credit Notes through Access dimensions for Advertising, Online and distribution cycles on a weekly and monthly basis
• Chasing, by email, all outstanding Invoices from the Aged debtors report on a weekly basis
• Post receipts daily and allocate payments of relevant clients
• Prepare and review Revenue reconciliation for advertising and online Invoices for each month ended period
• For distribution cycle: Maintaining a data base with all the print orders by issue, reconcile all the statement of account from Clients against Print orders, Invoice/Credit Note issue with returns forms
• Opening new accounts, performing credit searches and due diligence as appropriate
• Dealing with any queries, by email or phone, from Clients, Advertising and Distribution Department
• Ad-hoc accounts analysis

Profile

The ideal Credit Controller (Media) will have a minimum of 12 months credit control experience, excellent communication skills, be able to work as part of a team. Ideally, to have some experience of Ad Depot and/or Access Dimensions System is would be desirable (accountancy).

Job Offer

The successful Credit Controller (Media) will join on a permanent basis into their accountancy team. The salary will be in excess of £25,000 depending on experience.
