Your new role
The Strategic Sales Director is an integral part in driving double-digit growth. You will get to develop go-to-market strategies, drive sales acceleration, and rapid client adoption. Working with different client segments and internal business units, you'll have the opportunity to develop strategic initiatives and manage a team of over 50 staff strength. Your contribution will have a direct correlation with the company's continued success.

What you'll need to succeed
A minimum of 10 years experience in managing accounts and relationship for multiple clients and a team of similar staff strength. Proven business win as a direct result of your strategic planning, forecasting, and management. Strong business acumen and relational networks with a wide range of client sectors, with banking and finance as bonus. You will do this at a trilingual capacity of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin and become the new face of our Sales ambition.
