CREDIT CONTROL MANAGER

Grafton Banks Finance is looking for an experienced Credit Control Manager to join a large multinational organisation in Brighton. This role has responsibility for leading the Credit Control process in adherence to the business policy across multiple global locations to ensure the integrity and accuracy. Day to day responsibilities include;

• Responsible and accountable for the management and collection of outstanding debt.

• Responsible for the regular review and maintenance of all processes, ensuring the processes remain customer centric and driving optimal business performance.

• Accountable for the integrity of Customer Balances across all customer types.

• Ensuring that all required debt reporting is produced on time to the level required, including required debt reconciliations. Deal with ad hoc reporting requests as required.

• Ensure first line adherence to the relevant Financial and Compliance control protocols

• Accountability for the management of key external supplier relationships, including external debt collection agencies, payment gateway supplier, credit card merchants and other key accounts receivable related suppliers.
