Senior Fund Accountant

Main responsibilities

To contribute to the development of the staff by taking oversight role over the work and trainings needed.
Review and monitor work done by fund accountant and junior colleagues
Coach junior colleagues in the finalization of investment vehicle reports which includes
Directly handle the finalization of monthly net asset value of several investment vehicles, including:
- cash and portfolio reconciliation
- portfolio valuation analysis
- income and expense accruals
- amortization of prepayments
- hedge and stock distribution valuation
- reconciliation of general ledger, sub-ledger and financial schedules
Take ownership and provides guidance to junior staff on how to resolve issues related to finalization of accounts
Conduct post -check briefing session and participate in all trainings provided by HR

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA preferred
More than 6 years of accounting or audit experience preferably with exposure in managing a team
Well organized, self-driven and meticulous
Ability to integrate with a dynamic and multi-cultural growing team
