Senior Business Analyst

岗位职责： Productivity analysis Sales / margin analysis by region / channel / customer, to find YoY and BGT variance reason; Product group analysis, including COGS, selling price, sales fluctuation etc; Inventory Control Regular tracking and monitor of stock status, to keep stock structure healthy, also avoid inventory provision; Check entity stock replenish plan, whether follow policy and DOI demand, no slow / dead stock purchase; Business Support Support entity finance / commercial team from HQ level; Management report collect and review Collect routine reports from entity, timely and quality; Review entity's reports to avoid mistakes and find out figure and logical issues; Project related Co-operate other functional team to do project work, such as inventory control tool launch out; pricing project; 任职资格： Bachelor degree majored in Finance or Accounting; · Minimum 5 years' experience on commercial finance / business analysis, especially experiences in regional or China head quarter; · Sensitive to figures, can be aware of potential benefits / risks per management reports; · Excellent communication and influencing skills, fluent in both written and spoken English; · Superior teamwork skills; · Devoted, and is able to work under high pressure. ·
