Financial Controller required for an interim role initially for 3 months but with a chance of extension. The role will support management accounts reviewing the month end process with the team and getting involved where required.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Group Consolidated Statutory Accounts under FRS102.
- Preparation of Statutory Accounts for UK and overseas subsidiaries.
- Lead preparation of supporting audit documentation including accounting papers & tax questionnaires to assist with audit close process;
- Act as the key contact during the Audit process in UK and overseas.
- Review of tax computations from external tax advisors for UK and overseas.
- Facilitating month end for all UK & International entities as well as central costs
The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA qualified with experience within the retail sector. You will have strong knowledge of UK GAAP (FRS 102) financial reporting.
