A fantastic opportunity for a full time, permanent, Company Accountant role based in Cheadle.

Client Details

Working for a well established, niche, international business. Based in a small, friendly and supportive team.

Description

This role is reporting in to the Financial Controller.

The duties include:

  • Preparing and posting month end prepayment and accrual journals.
  • Preparing month end inter-company transactions
  • Assisting with balance sheet
  • Running reports and investigating discrepancies
  • Matching invoices to deliveries and querying discrepancies
  • Responsible for checking prices
  • Dealing with internal queries
  • Assisting with small payroll

Profile

The successful candidate MUST:

  • Have experience working in a similar role - Essential
  • Be able to work autonomously and on own initiative - Essential
  • Have exposure assisting with month end - Essential
  • Have used SAP - Desirable
  • Be adaptable to the business needs - Essential

Job Offer

This role is looking to pay from £24,000 - £28,000 per annum + Parking + Pension
